Do the Art thing: Smoking Prevention Drawing Contest |
Each child who participated in the Do the Smart Thing Smoking Prevention Program was given the opportunity to design their own drawing related to the message of smoking prevention. The winner of the contest was Cara Basso of Villa Maria Academy whose poster can be viewed by clicking below. Thanks to generous donations each child who participated in the contest received a free pass to the Marple Sports Arena in Broomall and a free round of laser tag at Grand Slam USA in Malvern. Cara the grand prize winner also won two free passes to the Please Touch Museum in Philadelphia in addition to the other prizes.
These children should be commended for their creative efforts in the prevention of tobacco use. We would like to thank all who participated as well as the companies listed below for your cooperation in helping to make this program a success.
