Did you drink enough water today?
To stay properly hydrated you should be drinking half of your bodyweight in ounces. For example, if you weigh 150 lbs you should drink 75 oz of water each day. That’s just a minimum! Don’t forget to drink more water if you’re exercising, excessively sweating or spending time in the sun or heat.
