ACE Your Posture

ACE your posture by remembering these three things:

  1. Awareness – Posture is not good or bad, it is strong or weak. There’s always room for improvement, so make sure you get your posture checked every year!
  2. Control – Looking your best and being able to move without pain is possible with strong posture! Take a few minutes each day to do posture exercises.
  3. Environment – Create posture friendly areas for lounging and working to say goodbye to any bad habits you may have. Contact a local health professional (chiropractor, physical therapist, personal trainer, etc.) for a posture assessment to see what areas need to be improved.
