Workout Wednesday Ab Ball Rollout

Using a stability ball, this exercise will maximize your workout and build a strong core. While kneeling, keep the stability ball close to your body with your forearms resting on the ball. Your knees should be bent and your back should be straight. As you roll the ball out away from your body keep your arms straight and engage your core. Roll the ball back to your body by engaging your core and moving your elbows into a 90 degree angle.
