This week is National Flu Vaccination Week. While it is always recommended to get your flu shot, there are also ways to boost your immune system. Exercise is a great way to get your blood flowing and help white blood cells fight infection throughout your body. Consider exercise for at least 150 minutes per week this flu season to stay ahead of the game and of course get your flu shot!
