If you have access to TRX bands at your gym, at home or even a friends house keep these tips in mind. TRX bands can be a great way to add body weight resistance into your workouts and work muscles that would otherwise be difficult to reach effectively. When using TRX bands for a row you want to pay attention to the following form tips.

  1. Arms are straight and locked
  2. Feet are planted and flat on the floor
  3. Shoulder blades pinched when you contract
  4. Back is straight and arms remain close to the side
  5. Knees remain locked
  6. Feet remain planted on the floor
