TRX bands can be a great way to add body weight resistance into your workouts and work muscles that would otherwise be difficult to reach effectively. - Arms are straight and locked
- Feet are planted and flat on the floor
- Shoulder blades pinched when you contract
- Back is straight and arms remain close to the side
- Knees remain locked
- Feet remain planted on the floor
